web 3.0 - another one bites the dust
Welcome to Web 3.0: Now Your Other Computer is a Data Center, hört sich doch cool an? Ebenso markig war auch damals O’Reillys Vorstellung von Web 2.0. Zwar weiß bis heute keiner so richtig was Web 2.0 eigentlich ist: sind es nun die typischen Farben, debile Begrifflichkeiten, die schwindende Privatsphäre oder der Traum von Mammon? Aber das ist letztendlich auch egal, denn die Karawane zieht weiter. Auf zur nächsten Oase und auch dort wird man es wieder versuchen, bis es irgendwann heißt welcome to web 7.0.
Web 3.0 changes all of this by completely disrupting the technology and economics of the traditional software industry. The new rallying cry of Web 3.0 is that anyone can innovate, anywhere. Code is written, collaborated on, debugged, tested, deployed, and run in the cloud. When innovation is untethered from the time and capital constraints of infrastructure, it can truly flourish.
Oh yeah, Cloud Computing wohl der sicherheits- u. privatsphärentechnische Albtraum per se. Alle Ängste, alle Sorgen, sagt man blieben darunter verborgen …, so Reinhard Meys Weise Über den Wolken und auch wenn er gewiß etwas anderes meinte, so entfaltet diese doch auch bei Cloud Computing ihre Wirkung ;-)
